Job Description Team presentation and main goal: Supervises the campaign management team (2 seniors and 4 juniors), CRM coordinator and Data Analysts. Main tasks and goals: Ensures coordination with the CRM manager in Paris. Coordinates cross-functional topics between data analysts and the CRM team in Porto (file formatting, file loading, etc.). Responsible for the team's workload. Allocates marketing campaigns in collaboration with the CRM campaign managers. Manages CRM projects (As a Leader). Qualifications Degree in Marketing or Management. Experience in CRM (Adobe Campaign). Team management. Fluent in English and French (minimum B2). MS Office Communicative. Organized.
