Description

IQVIA is currently seeking a Team Leader in Sydney to oversee and manage a team of 5 Medical Sales Representatives as well as manage your own territory within the expanding Dermatology therapeutic area. This role involves promoting a range of established products for our client through a 12+ month fixed-term contract. There will be some interstate travel required.
As the Team Leader, you’ll lead the dynamic sales team, driving territory sales and advocating for the products. Your primary goal will be to secure acceptance of our client’s Dermatology products among key Doctors, aiming for positive patient outcomes.
Your exceptional leadership, targeting, and profiling skills will be pivotal in nurturing robust, business-centred relationships with customers. We are seeking a highly motivated individual who can play a pivotal role in establishing these Dermatology products in the market.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (BUT NOT ESSENTIAL):

  • Tertiary qualification in Science or Business disciplines.
  • Sales experience preferred; however, individuals passionate about healthcare or patients, with relevant life/work experiences, are encouraged to apply.
  • Territory knowledge.
  • Previous GP Sales experience within Dermatology or new product launches.
  • Strong B2B sales skills.
