TEAM LEADER - MENTAL HEALTH & DISABILITIES

Lutheran Services is seeking a proactive and passionate Team Leader to join our Community Services division. You will work closely with case managers and service teams to support individuals and families with compassion and innovation.

Graceville Centre at Nambour is an integral part of the healthcare community on the Sunshine Coast. We provide tailored support for people to reimagine their lives by setting and achieving their goals and learning the skills to increase their independence.

As the team leader you will help deliver the programs at our Graceville Centre which provides support to individuals living with a disability and/or mental illness. All Graceville services are conducted by working with individuals in a strength based and recovery focused framework that helps our clients increase their independence, maintain their wellness and ultimately improve the quality of their life. You will be responsible for at least one of our seven programs that provide support to clients either on site or in their own homes. We are a growing service and regularly have internal opportunities for career growth.
