SALARY: £30,000+

Full Time: The position will be full time and require evening and weekend work as required in accordance with the shift rota (sleep-ins available).

This role is pivotal in providing exceptional care and support to service users with mental health diagnoses. As a Team Leader, you’ll guide and mentor a team of dedicated support workers, ensuring person-centered care is at the forefront of everything we do. You’ll work closely with the Registered Manager to implement care plans, facilitate meaningful activities, and create a positive and supportive environment for our service users.

EXPERIENCE:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with individuals with mental health diagnoses. Demonstrate reasonable knowledge of regulatory standards for residential care.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • You will have a QCF in Health & Social Care Level 3 Diploma (or equivalent) or willingness to work towards it.
  • Medication management training.

Responsibilities
  • Leadership & Support: Provide direct supervision, guidance, and support to a team of care workers.
  • Person-Centered Care: Work collaboratively with service users, families, and mental health professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Medication Management: Oversee medication administration in accordance with policies and procedures.
  • Health & Safety: Maintain a safe and clean environment for service users and staff.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Communicate effectively with service users, families, staff, and external stakeholders.
  • Actively participate in multidisciplinary meetings and case reviews.
