Role Summary As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for the Health, Safety & Welfare, leadership and line management, workflow and technical governance within our GCC team. The Key Activities would include (but not be limited to) * People focus: The role has a key responsibility for ensuring the health, safety and welfare of staff. The team leader is expected to demonstrate effective & visible leadership across projects, focusing on the ongoing engagement and retention of employees through the development of individuals and building high performing teams; * Business, operational & commercial management – delivering on business plan & budgetary targets; * Divisional Resource Management – GCC utilisation; * Supporting UK with bidding opportunities * Key point of contact with the UK business, direct liaison with UK Project Directors, and promoting the GCC and ensuring its success. * Line Manager / Staff Development – PDR Goals, support, training & mentoring WSP is one of the world's leading professional services consulting firms. Responsibilities

Responsible for the leadership, technical governance, and health and safety of the GCC MEP team. Key duties include managing business budgets, resource utilization, and acting as the primary liaison with UK Project Directors.
