Do you have experience leading teams in a warehouse environment? Are you ready to step up and help shape a brand-new operation?
We’re looking for Warehouse Team Leaders to support our Shift Managers in the day-to-day running of our Daventry site. You’ll lead a team of colleagues, drive performance, and make sure customer expectations are met.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED AT XPO:

  • Previous experience leading a team in a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to motivate and support colleagues to hit targets.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise colleagues on your shift to meet pick, pack and despatch targets.
  • Ensure operational compliance and health & safety standards.
  • Motivate and support your team to deliver excellent service.
  • Assist with investigations, performance management, and training.
  • Work closely with Shift Managers and customers to resolve issues.
