Description

At Mission Out, we’re all about adventure, getting kids outdoors, and offering exciting experiences. Our retail and catering outlets help fuel the fun, with a strong focus on delivering great service and creating a team spirit. We’re looking for a Refuel & Entry Team Leader to help lead the team and ensure a seamless customer experience in our outdoor play park.
As a Team Leader, you’ll oversee the daily operations of the front of house and entry areas, maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness, and operational efficiency. You’ll inspire the team, ensure customer satisfaction, and contribute to a fun, dynamic environment.
This is a seasonal role, working approximately 22.75 hours per week during August, ending in September.

SKILLS KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE:

The ideal Refuel & Entry Team Leader is someone who has:

  • Supervisory experience in retail or customer service.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of stock management and safety compliance.
  • Ability to handle customer complaints professionally.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise.
Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Refuel Hub & Entry Team Leader at Mission Out, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing daily operations of FOH and entry areas, ensuring smooth service.
  • Training and developing the team to uphold service and cleanliness standards.
  • Performing routine checks for compliance and safety.
  • Handling stock levels, orders, and stock takes to minimize waste.
  • Managing scheduling and staffing, ensuring adequate cover.
  • Motivating the team to meet sales targets and deliver great service.
  • Conducting performance reviews and create development plans.
  • Ensuring safety, cleanliness, and secure areas before closing.

PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A SEASONAL ROLE ENDING IN SEPTEMBER 2025.
