YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Relevant Trade/Engineering/Management qualifications with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong leadership, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Pronto ERP, Microsoft Office, and Jira.
• Solid knowledge of construction methods, tools, and industry standards.
• A commitment to workplace health and safety.
• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

As our Team Leader – Modular, you’ll be at the heart of managing and executing construction, installation, maintenance, and repair projects. You’ll plan, allocate resources, and supervise a skilled team of Carpenters, Apprentices, and Trades Assistants, ensuring every job is delivered to the highest standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and manage project tasks via Jira to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Train, develop, and inspire your team to excel in safety and production standards.
• Supervise construction activities, troubleshoot challenges, and adjust resources as needed.
• Collaborate with the Project Team Coordinator and Construction Manager to set priorities.
• Utilize systems like Pronto ERP and Microsoft Office for reporting and scheduling.
• Ensure WHS standards are always met, identifying and addressing workplace hazards.
• Work hands-on with tools when needed to support the team and meet project goals.
