We provide maintenance and cleaning services to our customers through dedicated teams. Each team is led by a Team Leader who is responsible for guiding the team, making sure the work is done well, on time, and safely. The Team Leader is also the main contact between the team, the Operations Manager, and the customer..

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage your team to complete daily jobs in a safe, clean, and professional way.
  • Check the quality of the team’s work and make sure it meets our company standards.
  • Guide and support team members when they face technical issues.
  • Keep good communication with the Operations Manager and customers.
  • Report job details, time used, and materials needed.
  • Take care of tools, equipment, and vehicles to keep them in good working condition.
  • Be open to learning new skills when needed.

Required Skills & Knowledge You must have knowledge in at least one of the following (you do not need to know all of them, but you must be ready to learn the others if needed):

  • AC repair and maintenance
  • AC and duct cleaning
  • Water tank cleaning
  • Kitchen exhaust cleaning
  • Electrical work
  • Plumbing

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Experience:

  • Experince: 3 years (Required)
