Recruiting a night lead carer for our 44 bedded residential care home in Wigston.
We are looking for a new Lead Carer to join our team of night carers. Experience in care required for the Lead role.
Lead night carer is responsible for leading the night team, medication administration, documenting care, personal care, night care checks, dealing with emergencies, liasing with nurses/GP’s/paramedics, answering call bells, some domestic chores and handovers to staff.
We operate a 2 week rota, including weekends and an on-call system. We require someone who is flexible and able to work extra shifts.
Good rate of pay and employee benefits
Part-time hours: 26 per week
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £14.50-£14.75 per hour
