OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Leader to oversee operations within our care home. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for providing exceptional senior care. This role requires effective communication, the ability to supervise staff, and a commitment to ensuring that care plans are followed diligently. As a Shift Leader, you will play a vital role in maintaining the quality of care and support provided to our residents.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within a care home or senior care setting is essential.
  • Experience of working with challenging behaviour and complex needs would be an advantage
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate effective interactions with residents, families, and staff.
    This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure which will be completed upon successful application.
