Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a packaging team to achieve production, quality, safety and compliance targets
• Plan and coordinate daily production activities, resources and staffing requirements
• Monitor performance and implement improvements to maximise efficiency and output
• Ensure full compliance with GMP, Health & Safety and site procedures
• Support training, coaching and capability development within the team
• Investigate operational issues and implement effective corrective actions
• Promote a positive safety culture and continuous improvement mindset

• Strong planning, organising and workflow management skills
• Effective communication and team leadership capability
• Experience troubleshooting operational or technical issues
