Job Description As a Team Leader with IPAR, you will have the support of a strong, close team of driven and energetic healthcare professionals with the backing and resources of a global corporate infrastructure. You will lead a dynamic and tight knit team within our Wollongong branch based on Stewart St, Wollongong CBD. Reporting to the Branch Manager, this is a fantastic opportunity to take the next step in your Occupational Rehabilitation career and lead a passionate team dedicated to delivering exceptional service delivery in supporting people return to health, work and life! Your duties will include: Case management and perform services to maintain your technical & professional skills. Complete a variety of assessments using your clinical and discipline specific allied health skills. Apply your clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes. Work with employers and employees to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs. Provide leadership and mentorship support to your team of Occupational Therapists, Exercise Physiologists, Physiotherapists, Psychologist, Rehab Counsellors, Social Workers and Registered Nurses. Lead your team to meet individual and team targets. Network and develop relationships with key customers, using your technical expertise to help grow the team. Demonstrate commitment to providing exceptional services and outcomes for our clients. Qualifications As a successful Team Leader with IPAR, you will possess: A tertiary allied health qualification Current Full Professional Registration/Accreditation/Membership with AHPRA, AASW, ESSA or ASORC. Demonstrated skills and experience in the Occupational Rehabilitation industry (preferred). 2+ years experience in the Occupational Rehabilitation industry. Experience in a similar role or demonstrated ability to lead and drive others performance Demonstrated ability to coach and develop others. Commercial acumen to drive business growth, profitability, quality initiatives and business development activities. Outstanding organisational and time management abilities. Current driver license and access to motor vehicle with comprehensive insurance.
