Job Description IPAR currently have a great opportunity in July 2026 for a Team Leader on a permanent Full Time basis. As a Team Leader, you will have the support of a strong, close team of driven and energetic healthcare professionals with the backing and resources of a global corporate infrastructure. You will lead a dynamic and tight knit team within our Launceston, Tasmania. Reporting to the State Manager, this is a fantastic opportunity to take the next step in your Occupational Rehabilitation career and lead a passionate team dedicated to delivering exceptional service delivery in supporting people return to health, work and life! Key accountabilities include: Provide leadership/mentorship support to your team; Meet individual and team targets; Demonstrate commitment to providing exceptional services and outcomes for our clients; Network and develop relationships with key customers, using your technical expertise to help grow the team. Qualifications Experience in the Occupational Rehabilitation industry; Tertiary allied health qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Social Work, Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling Registration with AHRPA, ASORC, ESSA or AASW.
