Job Description Our leaders play a pivotal role within our organisation. They represent our business, build strong client relationships, and support the growth and development of our exceptional Allied Health team. This role combines hands-on clinical work with meaningful leadership. You’ll use your clinical expertise and leadership capability to support and grow our ACT team while continuing to deliver high-quality therapy services to participants across school, home, and community settings. As an Allied Health Team Leader, you will balance clinical practice with leadership responsibilities, including: Providing clinical and operational supervision, mentoring, and 1:1 support to team members Leading monthly ACT team meetings Delivering therapy services to NDIS participants across home, school, and community settings Assessing participants with complex emotional, cognitive, developmental, and physical needs Using clinical observation and standardised assessments to develop evidence-based therapy goals Supporting team operations, referral allocation, and NDIS compliance While you support others, we’ll support you. You will bring: Qualification as an Occupational Therapist or Speech Pathologist with current AHPRA registration Experience delivering services under the NDIS Experience working as a senior clinician (previous Team Leader experience is not required) A genuine passion for leading, mentoring, and empowering Occupational Therapists and Speech Pathologists Strong clinical reasoning skills and a commitment to evidence-based practice A desire to deliver high-quality therapeutic interventions to individuals of all abilities Why Join Us?
