Your Impact: Mentor & Lead: Provide 1:1 supervision and facilitate monthly peer groups for graduates and early-career clinicians. Clinical Strategy: Use your expertise to assess complex cases and oversee caseload allocations. Operational Support: Ensure your discipline thrives through expert guidance and NDIS compliance. Community Care: Deliver meaningful therapy across school, home, and clinic settings. Diversity: Manage a team of up to 10 clinicians in OT or SLP.
