  • Fixed First Month Salary: AED 3500
  • Team Target Commission - 25%
  • Individual Target Commission - 50 - 65%

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in the UAE real estate market, with a strong focus on off-plan sales.
  • Proven history of achieving multi-million AED sales targets.
  • Experience managing large teams and achieving combined sales goals.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of Dubai’s property laws, RERA guidelines, and market dynamics.
  • RERA certification (is plus but not mandatory).
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly experienced Team Leader with a proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets, managing large property portfolios, and leading high-performing teams. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the UAE real estate market, particularly in the off-plan sales sector, and the ability to drive revenue growth while maintaining exceptional client relationships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and grow a high-value sales portfolio of AED 4M+.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 20+ property consultants, ensuring the achievement of combined sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed individual and team KPIs.
  • Provide market insights and guidance on off-plan property investments to clients and team members.
  • Oversee the sales process from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring compliance with company policies and UAE real estate regulations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, and key stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present sales performance reports to management.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and new project launches.
