We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Team Leader to join our Sales Team. If you are an outstanding professional with strong leadership skills and expertise in the UAE off-plan market, we want you on board!

• Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of real estate agents to achieve sales targets.
• Build and develop your own sales team from the time of joining.
• Identify and generate sales opportunities in the off-plan/primary market.
• Provide training, coaching, and guidance to team members.
• Ensure excellent customer service with both new and existing clients.
• Stay up to date with UAE real estate regulations, developers, and market trends.
• Conduct sales meetings, set targets, and monitor team performance.
• Handle HR-related duties including interviews, onboarding, and team management.
• Collaborate with management to design and implement effective sales strategies.
