• Lead the Online Fulfilment team

Reporting into the Online Fulfilment Manager you will oversee the back of house operational function of the online fulfilment team by ensuring operational and daily support is seamless, as well as supporting the manager to optimise customer online experiences by driving towards the achievement of maximum sales and growth.
This role will also see you coaching and leveraging the team to carry out online fulfilment orders, ensuring merchandise is readily available to pick, pack and dispatch for home delivery and in-store Click and Collect and ensure our customer needs are met while maintaining profitability and order timeframes.
This is a Monday – Friday and fortnightly Saturdays roster, however you will need to be flexible in your availability for occasional late nights and peak trade seasonal periods.
