You will benefit from undertaking a role that provides you with a broad range of experience and opportunities to further develop your career.   About the position: The Operations Assessment team is an essential function that is responsible for the triaging and assessment of all Parks & Reserves and Civil Maintenance works undertaken by the City Operations Portfolio. Reporting to the Coordinator Operations & Systems Innovation, this position is responsible for leading the Operations Assessment team to effectively triage customer requests and ensure service level agreements and customer service standards are met. The Team Leader Operations Assessment is also responsible for assessing customer requests, undertaking assessments & inspections of Council arboriculture assets, and supporting the City Arborist with any overflow of work related to arboriculture matters. This includes meeting set customer service KPIs, and reporting to the Manager Operations Support Services on the portfolio’s performance against Council’s Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and quality standards. * Manage the delivery and performance of the out-of-business hours emergency support service. * Assist with the undertaking of tree audits. Document and record outcomes as required. * Assist with the undertaking of regular/scheduled audits to ensure all arboriculture works are in accordance with Councils policy and procedures. About you: The successful candidate will have: * Diploma of Arboriculture * An appropriate tertiary qualification or experience in customer service leadership, continuous improvement, communications, operations or related field * Willingness to undergo a pre-employment medical and police check Apply today!
