Our Industrial Laundry site is based in Inchinnan, Scotland.

Responsibilities

You will be the liaison between the Colleagues on the plant floor and the Production Leader. Ensuring that communications are open and honest and a two-way process – which will assist building Team Work and Engagement.
To support the Production Team in delivering an ever-improving customer service experience to our clients through the quality of our work.

To work with the colleagues to ensure they are working to the correct procedures in regard to Health & Safety, machinery and productivity.

  • Record productivity by task and/or machine by hour and feedback results to operators and Production Leader.
  • Report machine failings to Engineering team.
  • Discuss any concerns you may have regarding colleagues to the Production Leader, e.g. reduced productivity, change in behaviour, etc.
  • Support the Production Leader in delivery of training as required.
  • You will assist the Production Team ensure that our customers receive outstanding levels of service and that all work is completed to the highest quality and hygiene standards.
