Role and Key Responsibilities Seeking an experienced and motivated Team Leader to oversee the Mortgage Operations Team. Responsible to lead, mentor, and manage teams in Mortgage Operations, provide guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals Conduct regular performance evaluation and provide constructive feedback to team members Monitor and manage teams workflow ensuring timely completion of applications processing or auditing Establish and maintain quality assurance standards for the processes. Conduct regular audits and reviews of process and assessor files to ensure compliance and identify areas of improvement Identify the areas of process improvement and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy in the process. Identify performance related issues, develop an action plan for improvement, implement corrective action Ensure service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicator (‘KPIs’) and financial expectations Collaborate with other departments to streamline the process and improve overall operational effectiveness Address any discrepancies or issues promptly and implement corrective actions as needed. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders – clients Prepare and present regular reports on team performance and KPI’s to all stakeholders Analyze data to identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement. Develop and implement action plans based on insights Promote CNX values- walk the talk and lead by example Key Skills and knowledge: a strong background in mortgage, insurance, or banking, exceptional leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency. Two to four years of relevant experience in Banking, Finance or a related field. Strong knowledge of Mortgage / Insurance / Banking domains. Proven track record of effectively leading and developing a team. Excellent analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills. Highly motivated individuals with skills to develop and coach team members to achieve performance expectations Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to mentor, coach and provide direction to team members. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
