Job Details Job Location: Head Quarters - Chattanooga, TN 37404 Position Type: Full Time Salary Range: $16.50 - $17.50 Hourly 442 Supported Living Team Leader Typical schedule will be M-F 8a-4p. Also, must be on call to handle any situation at the home. Job Summary Support individuals to achieve their deserved quality of life and ensure optimal health and safety, by providing prescribed support and supervision. Job Responsibilities Ø Motivate team members and set goals Ø Resolve any issues or conflicts with team or individuals Ø Support and assist individuals with physical and intellectual disabilities Ø Assist with keeping the environment clean and neat Ø Monitor performance of members Ø Communicate respectfully toward supervisor and staff, family members and individuals. Ø Other duties as assigned Qualifications Educational Requirements, Skills and Job Qualifications Ø High School diploma, GED, required. Ø A valid Driver's License with an "F"endorsement. Ø Basic computer skills Ø Successful completion of Medication Administration course (optional) Posted qualifications serve as a guide for candidate review and are not all inclusive.
