About the Role As Team Leader – Parts, your purpose is to develop and lead a high‑performing team that consistently delivers exceptional customer experiences while achieving sales targets and key business KPIs. You’ll take ownership of team performance, workflow management and order accuracy, ensuring every customer interaction reflects Terra Cat’s commitment to quality and professionalism. A core part of the role is growing people. Through structured training, hands‑on coaching and quality monitoring, you’ll build confidence, capability and engagement across the team. You’ll champion a culture of continuous improvement, helping your team adopt digital tools, improve first‑point resolution and continually raise the bar on service delivery. You’ll also play a key role in strengthening operational standards across parts counters and showrooms, ensuring policies, processes and lines of authority are consistently followed.
