Salary: $85,508 - $87,204 per annum, plus 12% superannuation Permanent full time position St John of God Midland Private Hospital St John of God Midland Private Hospital, set to open in August, is seeking an experienced and patient‑focused Team Leader to help shape an exceptional admissions service from day one. This role will lead and support the Patient Admissions team to deliver a high‑performing, accurate and patient‑centred service, ensuring a seamless and personalised patient experience across the admissions hotline, reception and admissions, from first contact through to admission. The successful applicant will also provide leave relief for the Manager, ensuring continuity of leadership during periods of annual and sick leave. You will have senior‑level experience in patient admissions or healthcare administration, with a strong commitment to patient‑centred service delivery. You will demonstrate the ability to lead, coach and train teams, manage priorities, and maintain accuracy and performance in a fast‑paced environment. Sound knowledge of the private health sector, including health funds, along with strong communication skills, attention to detail, a continuous improvement mindset, and proficiency in MS Office and webPAS (or equivalent) are essential. About the new Midland Private Hospital A brand-new purpose-built state-of-the-art facility, currently under construction, located just 300 metres from the St John of God Midland Public and Private Hospitals Campus. A comprehensive range of medical and surgical services, with interventional cardiology being offered for the first time in the region The hospital will feature: 96 overnight inpatient beds, including a six-bed critical care/high dependency unit. 33-bed/chair short stay and day procedure unit Eight operating theatres.
