You know that to make a meaningful contribution to our community and economy, there needs to be diligence in our operations.   In this role, you'll:   Work as part of a team delivering high-quality payroll, HR administration and establishment services, this role will see you lead and develop a multidisciplinary team to ensure accurate, compliant and timely service delivery across a complex, high-volume environment.  You will lead continuous improvement initiatives, strengthen processes and systems, and build team capability to enhance customer experience, optimise workflows and support the adoption of new practices across newly formed service teams. This is a Permanent position based from either our Burwood, Newcastle or Grafton office location.
