We are searching for a:
Team Leader People Service & Operations who will lead a team of +/-10 people and take care of the development and motivation of our employees. The person in this position would be responsible for both the operational and communication part. Team Leader will provide a smooth execution of all relevant functional processes to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Supervision and development of the team ensuring that the team meets and exceeds its KPIs.
  • Maximise the level of efficiency of resolving customer queries and tickets.
  • Ensure monthly team and individual targets are met.
  • Lead, motivate, coach and organise team members to adhere to Company’s core values.
  • Identify process efficiencies to increase speed, accuracy & value add of transactional processing.
  • Ensure all team members are properly trained and have appropriate resources available to be successful intheir roles.
  • Responsible for escalation, the management of queries & resolution ensuring quality and quick response tocustomers and other Shared Services peers.
  • Monthly statistical reporting submission and input into fiscal updates.
  • Work with other Company Shared Service entities to ensure alignment of structure, process and procedure,sharing best practice across Company Shared Services and driving continuous improvement.
  • Setting of individual targets for team.
    What we are looking for in you:
    To be successful in this position, you should have experience in managing a team. We are looking for a leader who is aware of HR processes ideally in an SSC environment. Experience with any HR ERP system is valuable to us. To communicate perfectly in an international environment, you need to be fluent in English. We are looking for a person who will fit into the great atmosphere of Ricoh and will maintain it.
