As part of an exclusive recruitment process, we are looking for a Team Leader Personnel Consulting (m/f/d) Executive Search & Recruitment for our long-standing partner in Mainz.

We are looking for a sales-oriented leader who will take on operational responsibility, develop a team professionally, and successfully expand the personnel consulting division together with the management.

Your responsibilities as Team Leader Recruitment Consulting (m/f/d): You will provide professional and organizational leadership to the researchers and be responsible for the quality and success of ongoing search projects. Your duties will include, among other things:

• Professional leadership, motivation and further development of the research team
• Control and prioritization of search orders
• Customer support and active acquisition of new customers
• Conducting project and strategy discussions with clients – in person or via video conference
• Independent direct approach (active sourcing / executive search)
• Support for projects until successful placement
• Analysis of relevant key figures and preparation of evaluations and reports
• Close collaboration with management to further develop the business unit
• Ensuring high quality standards and adherence to project goals

You bring the following:

• You have experience in personnel consulting, recruitment or executive search – for example as a senior personnel consultant, team leader recruitment, personnel consultant, account manager, recruitment consultant or in a comparable position.
• Experience in the professional or disciplinary management of a team
• Sales affinity and enjoyment of customer service and new customer acquisition
• Experience in directly approaching specialists and managers
• Excellent organizational skills and entrepreneurial thinking
• Strong communication skills, negotiation skills and a confident demeanor
• Analytical skills and a passion for KPI-based management are essential. This is what you can expect:
