What to expect

• You will lead our Personnel Development & Recruiting team and continuously develop the area together with your team.
• Responsibility for the quality, efficiency and further development of our recruiting process – from needs assessment to successful onboarding.
• You will actively shape our employer branding and continuously develop our career website, social media activities, job postings and the candidate experience.
• Conception and implementation of effective personnel development measures, learning formats and training for employees and managers
• Support in talent management, succession planning and targeted development of high-potential employees
• You actively help shape a corporate culture characterized by collaboration, trust, appreciation, and personal responsibility.
• Close collaboration with managers as a practical HR partner on equal footing
• Ensuring clear, efficient and quality-assured HR and recruiting processes, including resource planning, responsibilities and meaningful use of KPIs.
• Participation in or management of selected HR projects, e.g., on digitalization, the use of AI, or the introduction of new recruiting tools.

This is what you bring with you

• Completed studies with a focus on Human Resources, Economics, Psychology or comparable training
• Experience in larger organizations or corporate environments is a plus – however, a pragmatic and down-to-earth working style without corporate posturing is important to us.
• Several years of experience in operational and strategic recruiting as well as in employer branding, candidate experience and social media recruiting
• Solid experience in personnel and organizational development and in supporting cultural change, with a good feel for people, structures and change processes.
• Very good German and English skills
• Experience in successfully leading teams and projects, as well as enjoyment in guiding, motivating, and developing people.
• Enjoyment of conceptual work, excellent communication skills, independent, structured and solution-oriented work style

• This position offers a gross monthly salary starting at €5,142.86 according to the collective agreement for the confectionery industry (higher pay possible depending on professional experience), plus a performance-based bonus. The position is offered as an all-inclusive contract.
