JOB DESCRIPTION:

Working closely with your Store Services & Operations Leader, your primary objective will be to exceed the expectations of our guest.

REQUIREMENTS

• With at least 2 years of Customer Service or Sales experience, proven track record of leading a team
• Enthusiastic about engaging in Guest interaction
• Pleasant and guest-oriented
• Strong interest in photography and related services
• Active and outgoing
• Able to communicate in English and/or Mandarin to conduct customer service task and duties in multi-lingual environment
• Flexibility to work in different locations and on shifts, including weekends and public holidays

• Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction

• Assisting with daily operations, including inventory processing, and maintaining a tidy and organized work environment.
• Assist in preparing and submitting sales reports to track performance and provide valuable insights to management.
