To supervise the design team in order to achieve desired productivity, process effectiveness and service levels in order to meet business objectives. 1. Create designs, concepts, and sample layouts in order to meet the specification requirements of the clients. 2 Assign duties to design staff in order to ensure that all jobs are done on time as per Production schedule and with improved productivity. 3. Reduce wastes on all consumable in order to bring down department operating overheads to acceptable limits. 4. Minimize digital errors prior to plate output in order reduce reworks to acceptable minimum. 5. Ensure that digital files for special operations such as spot UV, foil blocks, die lines are made on time and forwarded to production department in order to get the job delivered on time. 6. Ensure that all resources such as digital printers, materials and staff is utilized to the optimum in order to improve output and productivity. 7.
