JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Team Leader with a minimum of 2 years of leadership experience and a valid broker’s license. The ideal candidate will have a strong network with Abu Dhabi developers and a proven track record in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. This role requires exceptional leadership, sales expertise, and relationship management skills to drive team performance and expand our customer base.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a team leader in the real estate industry.
• Valid real estate broker license (Abu Dhabi Real Estate Regulatory Agency preferred).
• Strong network and relationships with leading Abu Dhabi developers.
• Excellent knowledge of the UAE real estate market, particularly in Abu Dhabi.
• Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into successful deals.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

• Lead and manage a team of real estate agents, ensuring they achieve their sales targets.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Abu Dhabi developers, property owners, and investors.
• Provide mentorship, training, and support to team members to enhance their performance.
• Oversee the sales and leasing process, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
• Stay updated with market trends, property laws, and industry developments.
• Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
