Description
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering low voltage or Building services. Minimum 8 years of experience in electrical design for buildings (e.g.:small power, lighting, grounding & lightning protection, data, fire detection). Minimum 3 years of experience in management position (e.g.:Team Lead, Team manager, Team coordinator, Project management). Strong knowledge of design software (e.g., AutoCAD) and calculation software (e.g. Dialux Evo, Relux, Revit, ETAP, EPLAN, Amtech, Intelec,Caneco etc.). Extensive knowledge of norms and standards related to LV Electrical Design. Extensive knowledge of energy and sutanaibility regulations and industry best practices. Advanced English language skills. Candidates must demonstrate a professional approach to time, costs, and deadlines, be capable of coordinating within a team or across other disciplines and projects, mentor, coach, and develop people skills, possess a supportive attitude, be proactive in asking questions, exhibit excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, show eagerness to learn new capabilities and skills, and maintain a technical and quality focus, show out-of-the box thinking in order to identify any opportunities for automation or innovation. Strong experience in very low voltage installations design (fire signaling, burglary, control access, CCTV etc.). Experience in BMS design. Security systems designer certification.
Responsibilities
The Team Leader will oversee electrical design projects for buildings, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. They will also mentor and develop team members while coordinating with other disciplines.
