TB&C, a company within the DELTA Electronics Group, headquartered in Herborn-Burg (Hesse) with global production sites in Herborn, Mexico, and Romania, focuses on the development, design, and production of hybrid components (metal and plastic composites) and electronic assemblies for electromobility. Job description

• Leadership, motivation and further development of the production planning team
• Responsibility for the entire planning process – from monthly PSI planning to weekly and daily implementation of the Master Production Schedule (MPS)
• Translation of customer requirements into feasible production plans and ensuring their successful implementation in manufacturing.
• Control of capacity, inventory and production planning across multiple manufacturing processes
• Close cross-departmental collaboration with production, purchasing, logistics, quality, engineering and sales
• Early identification of bottlenecks and initiation and control of suitable measures to ensure delivery capability
• Continuous optimization of planning processes, key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational efficiency

Qualifications

• Several years of professional experience in supply chain management at a manufacturing automotive company, ideally at a Tier 1 supplier, with proven experience in production planning, capacity management and operational control.
• Strong personal responsibility and a high degree of results orientation
• Holistic process understanding with the ability to analyze and sustainably optimize end-to-end processes.
• Hands-on mentality and the ability to consistently and successfully implement plans in practice
• Strong communication skills and the ability to align different departments towards common goals.
• Leadership experience as well as experience in building and developing high-performing teams
• Confident handling of SAP or comparable ERP systems
• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills; knowledge of Chinese is an advantage.
