TE WHIWHINGA MAHI | THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a Team Leader – Progression (Graduation and Records) to join our team in Student and Scholarly Services. In this critical leadership role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations relating to student records and graduation services. You will lead a dedicated team responsible for academic completion, graduation applications, the provision of transcripts and certificates, and the coordination of the University’s graduation ceremonies.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Leading and managing the team to ensure excellent service delivery and professional development.
  • Overseeing key processes, ensuring accurate, timely, and mana-enhancing student experiences.
  • Coordinating the operational aspects of graduation ceremonies and ensuring full staffing.
  • Developing systems and process improvements aligned with strategic objectives.

This is a full-time permanent position working 37.5 hours per week. The salary range for this role is within the Band G range, $84,000 – $102,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
