Prior Real Estate experience is required (Preferably Abu Dhabi), but needs experience in UAE.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in real estate (UAE market)
• Proven track record in sales, negotiation, and client acquisition
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Must be proactive, confident, and highly driven
• Fluent in English (Arabic or additional languages is a plus)
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a car preferred

As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in guiding, supporting, and growing a team of real estate agents. You’ll lead by example—actively networking, closing deals, and setting high standards for professionalism and performance. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate agents
• Oversee daily operations and ensure team performance aligns with company targets
• Actively generate leads and close property sales and rentals
• Assist team members in negotiations and client interactions when needed
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, legal regulations, and competitor activity
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high energy
• Represent the company at networking events, client meetings, and community functions
