Description
The Team Lead for Real World Evidence (RWE) Initiatives provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for the National Cardiovascular Data Registry (NCDR®)’s extensive portfolio of registry-based research studies, including both internally and externally funded initiatives. This individual will play a pivotal role in advancing the use of real-world data to generate evidence that informs clinical practice, policy, and innovation in cardiovascular care. This position requires a highly organized, proactive leader who can manage complex, multi-year, high-revenue projects while fostering collaboration across internal teams and external stakeholders. The Team Lead will be instrumental in driving the success and growth of NCDR’s research and publications business line, ensuring excellence in study design, execution, and dissemination.
