  • A minimum of Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People’s Workforce Social Care Pathway/Residential Care or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory/ management role.
  • Experience in managing and prioritising work.
  • A commitment to going that extra mile.
  • Experience of working with children with challenging behavioural, emotional and complex needs.
  • An excellent understanding of safeguarding.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a Team Leader to manage and lead a team of residential professionals and other staff as directed in the delivery of a 24-hour rota (including management of shifts). You will also Deputise in the absence of the Registered Manager.
You will be passionate, committed, and resilient, we will be honest, the role can at sometimes be emotionally and physically challenging but it’s also fun and diverse.
