ROLE: TEAM LEADER RESIDENTIAL

Salary: £29,000 - £33,400 per annum
Location: Chesterfield
Contract/Hours: Permanent/Full Time – 37 hours per week
Interviews: to be held week commencing the 2nd of June 2025

A BIT ABOUT THE ROLE

In the role of Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for our children. You will supervise and support residential support workers by providing guidance and training, ensuring they understand and implement care plans effectively. You also work with other professionals to develop and implement individualised care plans that addresses the specific needs of each child. Ensuring the safety and well-being of the children at all times is crucial, which means adhering to safeguarding policies and procedures. Maintaining open effective communication with the children, their families and other professionals, involved in their care is also key. In addition to these responsibilities, you will act as a direct cover for the registered manager in their absence. Furthermore, you’ll handle administrative tasks such as managing rotors, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
