Description

Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and support the retail sales team on the shop floor.
Drive achievement of individual and store sales targets.
Monitor team performance, productivity, and customer service standards.
Coach and motivate team members to improve sales and service performance.
Ensure excellent customer experience and resolve escalated customer concerns.
Support daily store opening, closing, and operational activities.
Monitor stock availability, replenishment, and product presentation.
Ensure adherence to visual merchandising and store standards.
Prepare sales updates, reports, and performance trackers.
Support roster planning, attendance, and shift coordination.
Coordinate with Store Manager and internal teams on operational requirements.
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and retail procedures.
Support new joiner onboarding and on-the-job training.
