On behalf of our client, an international bank in the city of Frankfurt am Main, we are looking for you as:

Team Leader Risk Controlling (m/f/d) in the international banking sector

Your tasks

• Serving as team leader of the risk controlling team, you will lead and manage the team while promoting its further development.
• Leading the development and refinement of the bank's risk strategy, risk inventory and initiatives to promote a strong risk culture.
• Assuming responsibility for local regulatory reporting, including risk-bearing capacity reports, management reports and disclosure reports.
• Permanent monitoring of the ICAAP with a focus on the normative perspective.
• Function as the central point of contact for all aspects of holistic risk management regarding internal and external issues or inquiries.
• Specifying the methodology, monitoring and reporting on the relevant risk categories such as credit, market and operational risks.
• Preparation of internal reports within the framework of regular processes for specific committees and for management or the group headquarters abroad.
• Taking on a leading role / project management responsibility in internal projects, e.g., in the implementation of new regulatory or internal requirements.
• Conducting relevant analyses on selected topics (e.g., approaches to improving portfolio structure)
