Responsibilities

We are looking for a Team Leader to join our – Residue Management Area at Rio Tinto Yarwun. You will lead a medium-sized team of process technicians and subcontractors towards achieving our safety, people and growth objectives through planning and executing production activities.
This role is a great opportunity for a safety-focused Supervisor to drive positive change and motivate a team to strive for continuous improvement. Lead, create and maintain a climate in which individuals feel included, valued and all team members are clear about responsibilities, expectations, and objectives.
