Rustic Kitchen & Deli is an independently owned deli and cafe dedicated to serving world-class coffee & brunches. We are committed to fostering a team of exceptional individuals to work in our new cafe.
We are opening our second site in Loughborough at Canal house and need hospitality superstars!

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experienced Barista
  • Proven experience in a leadership role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise tasks effectively, and work well under pressure.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate the team to achieve operational goals and deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Supervise daily activities, including service, and cleanliness.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Train new team members on procedures, product knowledge, and customer service best practices.
  • Handle customer enquiries, issues, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining proper stock levels.
  • Uphold company policies, values and procedures while fostering a positive work environment.
