DESCRIPTION DU POSTE

Management and organization of the production team (fitters, locksmiths, welders, CNC programmers, etc.)
Work in 2-shift operation
Responsibility for fulfilling the production plan within the available resources and their effective use
Supervision of compliance with OHS
Reporting the fulfillment of indicators and managing data in MS Excel and ERP system
Maintaining the required level of product quality and ensuring that the quality policy is understood and applied by subordinates
Resolving accidental events
