About the role We have an opportunity for a Team Leader - SAP-Kronos Productivity Support to be part of our Corporate & Business Systems, Technology & Communication Services Command team. Team Leader - SAP-Kronos Productivity Support is responsible for planning, designing, supporting, and maintaining systems including the cloud integration components of SAP, UKG, ERO in collaboration with SAP BTP, Boomi and cloud service providers (GCP, AWS, Azure), and provides leadership and guidance to the other technical development & support staff within the team. NSWPF is seeking a candidate with: Expertise of cloud integrations, especially SAP systems and Roastering platforms (UKG) over hyperscalar environments, Integration via BTP or Mulesoft, and regular BAU activities. Capacity to negotiate and resolve issues with a diverse range of individuals at all levels. Working knowledge of Cloud systems, Project environments, and SAP landscape management. Strong client focus and a proven track record in service delivery. Ownership of system integrations, providing proactive support and being available to work outside of business hours when situation arises.
