You will make a difference by * Leading, coaching, and supporting a high-performing team to deliver safe, high-quality, and child-centred services. * Building the capability, wellbeing, and professional development of team members through effective supervision, mentoring, and performance management. * Ensuring services are delivered in line with organisational policies, funding requirements, legislative obligations, and best-practice frameworks. * Developing and maintaining strong partnerships with children, families, communities, and key stakeholders to improve outcomes and strengthen service integration. * Monitoring service delivery, resources, and program performance to ensure positive outcomes for children, young people, and families.
