We’re looking for a hands-on Team Leader to guide and support our Secondary Butchery team on night shift. You’ll be on the floor leading by example—making sure your team knows what’s expected, working safely, and keeping operations running smoothly. This role is all about clear communication, motivating your team, and working closely with senior leaders to achieve great results.

TE MAHI / KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and support your team to meet operational targets and service levels
• Communicate daily plans clearly and ensure everyone understands their role
• Keep a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficient workflow
• Monitor team progress and work with senior leaders to make improvements
• Support training and development so your team can grow their skills
