The Role Savills are currently expanding the Residential team and are seeking experienced Team Leaders to take ownership of specific communities, driving performance while leading and scaling a high-performing team of Brokers within the Dubai market. This is a billing leadership role, suited to top-performing Brokers looking to step up, take ownership of a team, and significantly increase their earning potential within a globally recognised brand. As a Team Leader at Savills, you will be responsible for managing, mentoring, and developing your team, while actively contributing to revenue generation and market growth. Key Responsibilities Lead, manage, and develop a team of Brokers to achieve and exceed individual and team revenue targets Drive team performance through coaching, mentoring, and ongoing training Monitor KPIs, pipeline activity, and conversion rates across the team Act as a role model by contributing to personal billing and maintaining strong market presence Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention of top talent within the team Qualify leads and ensure effective use of the company CRM across the team Oversee transaction processes, ensuring all documentation and compliance requirements are met Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, legislation, and best practices Build and maintain strong client relationships, supporting the team in closing key deals Identify and implement innovative marketing and business development strategies Ensure adherence to RERA regulations and company standards Represent Savills professionally in the market, including at industry events and exhibitions Skills, Knowledge and Experience Proven track record in Dubai real estate, with 3–5+ years experience Previous team leadership or mentoring experience preferred Strong billing history with consistent achievement of sales targets RERA license UAE driver’s license and own car Excellent leadership, coaching, and people management skills Strong negotiation and closing ability Commercially driven with a strategic mindset Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
