The service department of Vestas Finland is responsible for the service and maintenance of our customers wind farms in Finland, mainly through long term service contracts. The Finnish headquarters is in Vaasa, and we have warehouses in several locations across Finland. The administration team supports the local service organization with procurement, supplier/vendor contact and agreements, service vehicle management to mention a few. This role’s primary location will be the Vestas headquarters in Vaasa, Finland.

QUALIFICATIONS

• BSC business administration
• Minimum 5 years of admin experience
• Experience of leading teams

As an Admin Team Leader, you will be leading a team of local admin coordinators, who take care of all administrative tasks for field operations. In addition to leading the team it also involves sharing the workload with the team, prioritizing and ensuring tasks are performed in time and with high quality.
