TEAM LEADER – CHILDREN’S RESIDENTIAL HOME (EBD)

Location: Chorley, Lancashire
Contract: Permanent | Full-Time | 2 on / 4 off with regular sleep‑ins

WHAT YOU’LL DO

✅ Lead shifts and role model best practice in a small, experienced team
✅ Ensure safeguarding and welfare of children at all times
✅ Oversee care planning, key working, and behaviour support
✅ Coordinate routines, activities, and outings that build confidence and independence
✅ Keep high-quality records aligned with legislation and Ofsted standards
✅ Mentor colleagues and support inductions/training
✅ Liaise with families, social workers, and multi-agency partners
